Tidying Up

I've been busy tidying up all my scrapbooking stuff today. Steven, selfishly wants a space on the dining table to do a jigsaw, so he moved all my stuff into a large pile. I'm trying to get it organised so that it will be easier for me to scrap at home and not just at crops. Unfortunately organisation is not one of my strong points so it may take some time.

I was one of the lucky ones that got the sizzlit alphabet for £13.99 because of ellisons mistake. i didn't get Nouveau that I originally ordered but Curly Girly. Only problem is I can't get it to work in my sizzix machine. My other sizzlits work but not these ones. I'm not sure if they need to be broken in or not but I am going to persevere.

I have started making some Christmas presents. It's not like me to be so organised. Some of the ladies are going to get bracelets, the only problem is this is the first one I have made and I love it so I might need to make myself one of each colour that I was going to do. I've made a handbag charm to match too.

Katie and I are going to have a go at making soap and I think I will decorate some tins or baskets and all the ladies will get a wee selection of handmade things.

Now I just need to think of what to get for the men. Why are they so awkward??

Yesterdays Layout

Here is the crop class kit that Roz designed for the Angel Crafts 12 hour crop yesterday. I love these Blonde Moments papers, they are a lot brighter than I would normally scrap with but I think I'll use them again. There were lots of leftover bits from the kit so I'll have fun using them up.

It's Been A While

Sorry it's been so long since my last post, I really need to get into the habit of posting daily.

I was at an Angel Craft crop yesterday, it was a 12 hour one and although I was only intending staying a while I lasted until the end. Roz did a Fab crop class using the Blonde Moments Spring Fling papers, I'll post a picture of the finished LO later. We had a great time and got a Chinese delivered for dinner :-)

I also got a few pages of my Book of Me done. This came about because of the Summer Cyber Crop on UKS, I was on the BoM bus but due to work and other things I didn't manage to take part but I have loads of ideas and really want to get this done. I am doing it in 8.5 x 11 which is a bit different for me. I managed to get lots of photos from my Mum and scanned and printed them all out so I have lots to work with. There are lots of challenges on UKS at the moment so it should keep me motivated.
